Turan approached the cause way to the island, looking from side to side with a lazy yawn.

Roan could barely keep her eys open as she walked besides Turan. She was about to nod of standing when she tripped over a stone, heading face first.

Turan gently caught her, pulling her back up "Careful" he said quietly

She looked up at him, her vision blurred. "I just want to sit down and get something to eat." She huddled closer to him as they walked through the gates."Your still going to cook for me, right?"

"Of course. Fish and rice sound good?" he laughed "No i wouldn't do that to you. I know there's a loaf of bread stuck in the cold room, and plenty of rice, not to mention the garden has been in full bloom and so to has the orchard....needless to say you can have whatever your heart desires"

"Oh, thank you." With her last bit of energy Roan propelled herself foward. She soon found herself in the library, with a fire going and food in her lap. "It looks so good. What's all in it?"

Turan looked up from poking at the fire "found the last head of lettuce buried behind a rock, so that's chopped up along with lets see" he paused "Tomatoes, i threw in a pepper, and onion and a bit of that vinigarret i had Abarhi put together. Besides that well you have the hunk of bread, the butter is right there beside you and then there's the beef on a bed of rice. I hope i got the seasoning right, it can be rather tricky at times"

"Well thank you, it's wonderfull." Roan said as she snuggled into the couch. "You should sit and relax to you know. I'm not the only one who is going to be busy and in danger." She smiled at him.

He smiled taking a seet in the arm chair next to the couch she sat on, he had forgotten it had been nearly a week since he had last eaten and he had to force himself to not shovel the enite plate down his throat. Setting the empty dish aside he sighed "The kingdoms are making their own power grabs...they grow fearful of those they do not understand...." he mused quietly.

"I feel anxiety waving off to the people in this world." Roan shuddered. "They're scared, and it makes me feel helpless. I want to help them, but I'm still learning about my self." She sighed and started to wring her hands, trying to get let go of her stress. "I still can't even believe Tyradias is real."

Nadya came in and settled in a large arm chair, curling her legs under her. "I'm still so confused by what's going on too Roan... it's almost like it was for me over a hundred years ago when my father would go off for days, and then come back more worried than he had when he left, and he wouldn't tell me anything.... just my brother....."

"Tyradias is not unfamiliar with peril, though it's been a great while since a pillar has been lost to it" Turan sighed, he was as tensed as ever

Roan sighed. She quickly told Nadya of the conclusion have having two groups, one to find the god the other a new pillar. "Some how I get the feeling Porter is about to disappear with all the answers she knows. " She unconsciously rubbed the spot were Porter drew blood from. "However, for the next two days I'm not even going to think about the pillar or the god. I'm going to find out how Im connected to this world, and how my mom knew about it."

Turan yawned "you do that, i on the other hand think i will go soak in a hot tub...if i had it my way it'd be for a good month, but alas a short while will sufice" he got up, not realizing just how tired he was and stumbled slightly towards the door.

"I'll help you Roan..." Nadya said with a smile. "I want to be useful...."

Turan turned back with a forlorn look in his eyes "If you need to, there is most likely something in the vast underground library beneath our feet. I'll show you the way if you want to have a look, it's quite protected from intruders"

Roan smile and stood her self. "How about you just help me to my room, and then we can start in the morning. Honestly, I don't think I can make it there with out hurting myself." She stretched, wobbling a bit. "And thanks for the offer, Nadya. However, don't forget to think about your self."

Nadya nodded. "Okay.... i won't forget....though i do want to go down to that library, Turan.... though help Roan....you can just tell me how get there..."

Turan yawned "Very well" he waited for Roan "Nadya if you went there by yourself you'd most likely get hopelessly lost, not to mention most of those underground chambers are half ruined"

Nadya sighed. "Alright...." she replied. "I'll just go to the library up here then...."

"Turan why don't you show Nadya were it is then come back for me." Roan said, and plopped back down on the couch. "I'm not going any were, and I don't want to leave the fire quiet yet."

He looked over to Nadya "Well then, right this way"

Nadya followed Turan. "I...I'm sorry you are having to take me now, Turan... I..."

He laughed gently "Nadya i was headed there anyways, it's one of my favourite places...though you might find that odd considering it looks like a desolate city...don't worry, i cleaned all the skeletons out" he teased, though something in his voice said that he was perhaps at least in part serious.

Nadya nodded. "I know about cleaning out skeletons...." she said. "Turan...I saw so many different people gathering for that meeting.... but... just say that I can feel it....but....I was the only vampire around, wasn't I?"

He stiffled a quick reply "I don't think you where Nadya, i'm not sure i was to busy trying not to kill the irritant next to me" he said laughing "Speaking of the devil, i'll show you what it was he was trying to get me to give up when we get down there....and then i think you'll laugh"

"Oh.... it was just this meeting was reminding me of my father...." she said. "An item that will make me laugh?"

"No it will most likely make your jaw drop, remember that dragon stone Roan had at the meeting? Well over the centuries i forged a necklace made from those stones. I found a diary i wrote and by the looks of it, it took me some one hundred years to peice it together. It will make you laugh when you realize a foolish were-creature wanted me to bargain using it"

"I wasn't in the meeting Turan...I was outside talking to Miss Maddy...." Nadya said.

"Ahh well then you're in for a treat...they say these stones are perhaps amongst the rarest in this world...i don't know how true that it but they are beautiful"

Roan sighed with content as she snuggled against the couch, gazing into the fire. "She loved it hee in the mansion, and never wanted to leave. However, she knew that this wasn't were she belonmged, but yet it felt more like home than anywhere else she had ever been. Slowly Turan, Nadya, and Abarhi were becomong her family. She was scared that they wouldn't come back alive when all of this was over.

"Really? Wow... that is something special..." Nadya said smiling softly. "I can't wait to see..."

Turan led her through a broken door, at the side of the hill, crawling at times through the broken down passage ways "Whach out for these little wires" he held a thin line up "You'll get a nasty surprise if you trip one...well you and me, it sends out a flurry of poisonous thorns that will have you itching for days"

"Thanks for the warning, Turan.... I don't want to trip anything..." Nadya said followly him slowly and carefully.

They came to a chasm with what looked like a faint balcony some distance below "I hope you don't mind abit of free fall, there's two landing points on the way down....sorry the other entrance was destroyed some time ago" he walked casually to the edge "Come to think of it i'm glad Roan isn't here...she'd throw a fit even if i used the rope" he laughed softly.

Roan was tired as she felt warm and safe, but she wanted to stay awake till Turan got back. He made her feel like nothing could ever harm her, and filled a loneliness she didn't realize she had.

Turan looked at Nadya "Or we could just take the bridge across, probably best any ways since it avoids the rest of the traps" he gave a sturdy looking rope a good tug, and a broad bridge crashed down at his feet. A white glow could be see across the bridge beyound the door way "That glow happens to be the stones casting the light off from torches"

"Wow... that is so cool, Turan...you should see some of the things that are still at the manor...." Nadya said with a smile, walking up to the edge with him.

"Well, you wanted to see a Library" he motioned towards the door, flitting along the ropes seemingly almost without touching them. He alighted at the entrance. The room was filled with multi leveled shelf after multi leveled shelf of books, the entire room was cast in a sea blue glow that had its' source in a small ante chamber.

"There must being millions of books and scrolls in this place..." she said in awe.

Turan smiled "You'll be happy to know that it rivals the Crystal libraries collection when it comes to defensive and offensive magic" he looked on further down the dark blue lit corridor.

"I've never been to Crystal.... I was trying to just stay far from large groups of people.... I just hadn't run into any bandits for a few days... and was hungry....which is why I had gone into that tavern of Jullian's..."

"Well this is much like the library at Crystal, however it is significantly smaller as my collection pertains soley to the magic arts"

Roan was getting slightly impatient as she waited for Turan. "What could be taking that damn man so long?"

"I may have to journey to Crystal to see the library there..." Nadya said, as she looked around at the vast books.

Turan entered into the smaller ante chamber "Ok so the jewl isn't what makes this place have such a blue hue but it is what amplifies it" he brought out a small necklace made of stones that looked like diamonds. Unlike a Diamond though these seemed to reflect everything, a myriad of colors and if you looked close enough, shapes.

"Oh...it's sooo beautiful...." Nadya whispered as she gazed at it.

He held it out to her "Try it on if you wish" he undid the gold clasp for the bracelet and held it out to her. The gold seemed to be radiant but not blinding or overtly bright.

"Really? Are you sure?" she asked, moving her hands closer to it, but looking up at him.

"Quite sure, it's never been worn before" Turan held the bracelet out.

"Never...?" Nadya whispered. She carefully took the bracelet and then gently put it on, redoing the clasp. Nadya held out her wrist, looking down at it with a smile. "Pretty...."

He smiled "It suites you well"

Nadya looked up at Turan. "Really? You think so....?"

"The Jewels are said to enhance the wearers features, and indeed it does so for you. This is why they are sometimes called vanity stones"

"Vanity stones? I'm not vane though right?" Nadya asked softly. "I'm still me right?"

"Relax Nadya, no you are not vane...in fact far from it, and yes you are still quite you. These stones are called such because of their ability to cast so many different shades and colors"

"Oh... alright..." Nadya said, looking down at the bracelet and the stones that circled it.

"These little things are exceptionally hard to craft, but, especially after you set it in a gold back drop it turns out satisfactory"

"Thank you Turan for allowing me to put it on..." Nadya said, smiling up at him.

"You are welcome, another interesting feature is this" he took out the necklace "See how it shimmers as if a fire stirs inside? The stones reflect the wearers abilities if he or she should chose"

"Fire...and you can do things with fire...lightning...but that is fire..." she said. She looked down at the stones on the bracelet. "I...don't know, Turan... I know I can change into a kitten...and change my age...and move things with my mind..."

"I'm not doing anything to the stone, it is just reflecting my own abilities. It'd be interesting to see what colors or shapes would form inside it if you opened your mind to it" he smiled

"I want to know..." Nadya said to Turan. "I really do...I want to grow stronger...I want to be who I could have been for my family..."

He sighed "Nadya i wouldn't worry about it, yes learning how to protect yourself from harm is a good thing, but just be careful you don't devote your life to it"

Roan was torn, she was getting sleepy and her eyes were dropping, but Turan was taking to damn long. "Hurry up you stupid elf." she muttered as her eyes closed.

Nadya nodded. "I promise Turan...do you want your bracelet back?" she asked softly.

"Yes, now where you looking for anything in particular in the library?" he took the bracelet from her and returned them both to their cases.

Nadya looked around at the books. "I wanted to see if there was any record of what I can do.... vampires that are made are forever in the age they were made.... but vampires who are born are much like elves.... slowly aging over time...but unlike elves, vampires born just stop aging at a point.... but me.... I could relive life over and over until I am killed...." she whispered. "I also want to learn more about magic...."

"Well you have certainly come to the right place, just avoid the books with the eight pointed star, those are the Deamonic grimoirs and i doubt you'd find their contents at all appealing"

Nadya nodded. "Thank you Turan...thank you for helping me...hopefully I can find out how or why I was born with this age shifting ability...."

"That maybe, there's a small section on Vampires situated in the far corner over yonder" he said pointing to a small shelf of books with elaborately crafted casings.

Nadya smiled, and then hugged him. "Thank you...." she said. "I'm going to go look..."

He smiled "Let me know if you need any thing, i'll be out towards the causeway"

Nadya smiled, nodding, and hurried off to the small shelf of books that Turan had pointed towards. She carefully took down the first book, and started to quickly but carefully look through the book to find some answers.

After some many books, Nadya sighed. "Nothing..." she whispered. "Nothing...."

Voices played across Turan's mind, then again they almost always here more than any other place for some reason. Hearing a foriegn voice and recognizing it as Nadya's, he roused himself from his meditative trance "I'm sorry you couldn't find what you where looking for Nadya, maybe the vaults in the Crystal library will have what you are looking for...they have a great deal or so i hear on Vampires....technically it is off limits to all but the sages, but since i learned i was more powerful then any one of them should they chose single combat...i've managed to get in a few times"

"Thank you Turan... I think.... after we leave here... you should go to Roan.... I know of some at Crystal, though I haven't been.... maybe he can help...." Nadya said softly with a hopeful smile. She then looked serious. "Turan.... do you know where Arabhi ran off to?"

"I was planning on soaking in a steamin hot bath, but i did tell her i'd be back i suppose that should come first" he sighed, trying to drive the voices from his head "Abarhi? I think Porter got ahold of him"

"Oh.... alright...." Nadya nodded. "Turan, may I burrow one of the horses to head towards Crystal?"

"Take the chestnut bay, fourth stall on the right. She's the fastest and oddly enough the least tempermental" He smiled heading up back across the causway.

Nadya smiled, following him closely. "Thank you Turan.... thank you..."

"I'm just trying to help you Nadya, you know alot about your past, but you don't understand why alot of it works the way it does.....the least i can do then is to help you with that"

"I want to help you too with your past Turan.... and I don't know all of what happened in the past.... like the secret meetings my father would go off to...and him saying that my brother would be making the same trips when he becomes the leader of the House of the Rose..."

"I suppose then that all will reveal itself in due time. What shall i tell Abarhi when he askes where you are?"

"The truth...that I have gone to Crystal Academy.."

"Very well, safe journey little one" he handed her and elegant sword that had been on display "Take this, it is light enough for you to easily weild with one hand and sharp enough to cut through even the thickest armor"

Nadya took the sword. "Oh Turan...thank you...I...I hope not to have to use it..." When they came out of the area that had lead to the underground library, Nadya smiled at Turan again. "Please tell Roan that I will see her later..."

"I'll worry about that, just go, focus on the task at hand knowing everything will be in order when you return"

Nadya nodded, and quickly headed to the stables, pulling her cloak around her shoulders, and pulling her hood up over her head. She found the cresnut Turan had told her to take, and staddling it, she quickly headed off towards Crystal Academy.

Turan headed upstairs into the library to see if Roan was still awake.

Roan's eyes were closed, but she was still slightly awake. She was curled in a ball on the edge of the couch. She was mumbling, "I don't want you to hold me...."

Turan looked around to see if she was adressing anyone. Seeing none "I didn't come back up here planning on it" he sat by the hearth and stoked the fire.

Twitching slightly,Roan, slowly began to open her eyes. "Turan?" She said foggy, the let out a small laugh when she saw him. "I was thinking of my mom. Of when she tried to squeeze the life out of me on a roller coaster."

"A What?" he shook his head "I'll just chalk it up to something from your world" he reached in casually and picked up a smoldering log "Ah, so your the one whose been wet...can't have that" he set it in a brass jar to cool off. The only sign he had touched it was the hand was slightly redder than the other.

Roan smiled at him weekly. "I wont lie, I'm freezing." She shivered tightly against her blanket.

He set the pile of logs ablaze. He picked up another blanket and draped it over her "I'll let you sleep, that should stay plenty warm for a few hours"

Roan, in a panic, grabbed Turan's forearm. "Please stay. I've spend a lot of time alone this past month, and I'd like the company." She looked at his stright in the eye.

Slightly taken aback he nodded "Very well" he picked up an ancient looking book and peice of paper, taking his seat on the couch next to a small desk with an ink well.

Roan's muscles relaxed when she saw that he was staying, causing her to lean back in the couch, her side resting against Turan's. "What is that book?

"A recorded history written by a dwarf lord long ago. I think this predates the rise of man from backwater tribal race into a modern civilization...he's detailing an underground civil war right now...unfortunately while the dwarves where a noble race they where terribly prideful. Going so far as to wage a centuries long war over jewels and territory....which sadly is why there are so few of them. In this book it details alot of what is so little understood about them" He said softly.

Roan pondered before speaking, "If an dwarf wrote it wont the image of the elves be harsh. After all no writer writes without a bias. However, I wonder if there is any information in there to help with our predicament." Roan leaned over Turan's shoulder, pressing her chest up against him.

"If you want bias then yes you needn't look further than the writings of a dwarf, however this has little to do with other races, involving mainly the civil war that raged for far longer than anyone had guessed" he felt her against his back, not remembering the last time he had let someone get that close even as he also thought of the war brewing, and he found her being so close oddly comforting.

Reach over him to turn the pages, Roan stopped when she saw the words 'acair
banail'. "It's impossible." She said, pushing closer to the books. "Holy smokes. That is what my mother use to call me. She said it means Womenly Anchor. She would say I was her anchor in life, that she would float away if it wasn;'t for me."

Turan shook himself from the thoughts of the coming conflict. Seeing her pointing at the words "Ah yes, that or in a more intimate sense it also means the love of my life, but in your case Womenly anchor would be the case"

"Yes, but if you look at the sense the text is using it, it means more than that. Here it is stating that the 'acair banail' is a woman who is to become the anchor of Tyradias. My mom told me my father use to call her that. She said were she came from that it was something that was an honor and curse to be." Roan was boggled. She had to hold on to Turan as she attempted to filter through it all. "How would my mother know this name. This language is dead in the future."

"That you can read it is surprise enough for me, it's next to dead now as it is....how your mother could have known it, while not impossible is confusing..."

"My mom told me we were the last of an old tribe, this was my first language." Roan said. "well for the most part. Since my mother told me it was dead I can read just the basics, but from that i'm able to read majority of the book, but for a few parts."

Turan looked at her for a moment, not entirely sure he heard correctly "Did you say it was your first language? Meaning....meaning the one you and your mother speak naturally?"

"Yes." Roan said, she felt a tingle at the bottom of her stomach as he stared at her. "Why do I get the feeling that something is up with that. Turan, i know that look, you have an idea or at least a thought." She hoped he never took his eyes off her.

He held her gaze before smilling "It's ridiculous, but your mother, or possibly one or both of her parents might be from here...i've heard of bizzar rites that send people supposedly to another world...you came here after all so it follows that it's not impossible to go both ways"

Roan gapped at him. "If your right then it means I belong in this time period, which means I don;t belong in the Future, meaning I might not be able to return to the future. Tyradias might become my home forever."

"If it happened once then there's a way to make it happen again...don't worry Roan, i told you i'd get you back once this is over" a slight note of regret edged his voice, which he yawned off as he turned away to look back at the old book.

"But I don;t know if I want to go back." Roan whispered. She leaned her forehead down on his shoulder she had been pressed again. "I was thinking about this before. Tyradias, is special to me. My friends are here, and honestly besides my mother, that's more of a family than I've ever had. I didn't have an excuse before, but this gives me a reason to stay." Tears prickled the back of her eyes.

He inclined his head, not sure what else to say.

Abarhi approached the causeway to the island. The wound on his face had healed, but the poison was begining to take its' effects inspite of all his tecniques to stay it "Deamon poison" he rasped, limping along towards the gate house. The island in the distance looked dark, but he could see the lit mansion even from here.

Roan lifted her head when she felt Abarhi approach the mansion. "It looks like our little bit of peace is over. If I were you I'd go help Abarhi in front og the house before he keels over." She pushed her self away to curl on the edge of the couch. She looked deep into the fire while holder her knees to her chest.

Turan disappeared. He found Abarhi staggering across the lawn "Abarhi? What happened?" He shook his head as if trying to ward off a malign pressence "No need to shout" his voice rasped "Malik's blade p-poi-poisoned me" he stuttered. Turan helped him into a room "It's not fatal" he surmised "You'll just be feeling like shit for a few days, rest now" Abarhi placed a hand on his arm "Where's Nadya?" Turan smiled "She went in search of a teacher she met...don't worry she'll be plenty safe"

Turan returned to the library "Well he's going to be out cold for at least two days" he shook his head before sitting down.

"I'm glad he is safe." Roan said, not letting her knees go. "HE felt very sick when he approached this place." She shivered slightly, the fire not giving off enough warmth.

"He got cut by one of Malik's blades, the poison is designed to make him sick though so other than mildly miserable for a day or two he'll be fine" He glanced at the fire, causing it to roar. He walked up to it as if it where nothing, placing two logs at the center before taking his seat again.

Roan unconsciously laid her head on Turan's shoulder. "In a few day's we'll have to met up with the others to try and find the roc god, and I'm not sure of he should be found."

"Once Abarhi awakens i'll ask him what Porter wanted him to do....he may know or have a clue to the where abouts of the god...though i agree, i'm ot sure he should be uncaged"

"hmmm." Roan said, her eyes fluttering shut. " I wish I could stay like this all the time." She snuggled into his chest. "You never did say what you thought about me staying in Tyradias."

"I'd lie an say it doesn't matter but i know you'd get it out of me eventually. Having you here has been quite nice...different because i normally don't tolerate humans for long but...yes...nice" he said with a soft laugh.

Roan looked up to look him right in the eyes. "I'm glad you like me around." She told him, her eyes were a bit misty. "I love this place, I don't ever want to leave."

"And i will not force you" he said, slightly taken aback. He wanted to ask her what changed but thought better of it "Well, we have a few days before we set out again to meet up...so until then is there anything you would like to see?"

"Thank you." Roan said, she couldn't tell him her thoughts. All she remembered was the copy of him holding her for hours. "I'd like to go back to the spot on the beach again."

"Whenever you wish" he said softly.

Roam looked up at him. "How about right now?"

"Moonlit walk sounds great...i'd bring your blanket though so you don't get sick" he set down his book. The fire died down suddenly.

Shivering a little due to the sudden lack of warmth, Roan stood and stretched. "Blankets sound like a good idea. I'll go grab a bit to eat." She smiled then went to the kitchen.

He headed out the back, surveying the full moon "i'm not a water elemental, and yet i find a full moon one of the most beautiful things around" he mumbled to himself, listening to the waves crashing on the rocky shore line.

AS roan heard hims speak she realized he didn;t know her element type. "I am." She said, walking to his side to look up at the moon next to him. "It's always been enchanting to me since I was a little girl." She closed her eyes, and wonder how Turan must perceive her like this.

"Hmmm, yes i suppose it does have that quality. I didn't know you where a water element? Interesting note is that water elements are strongest in a full moon. Many find it odd then, that me being a fire element i prefer the night to the day. So you had a walk in mind?" Turan sighed peacefully.

"Yes, I did." Roan said with a smile. She started to walk slowly towards the beach. "Porter put me through this test with Ketsuri, which allowed me to discover my element."

"Interesting" he said, leaving his sandals by the stair way "I can see why they say water elements are calmer....night time is quiet, peaceful and the day is chaotic and tumultuous"

Roan shook her head. "But it's not always like that. It's just as often when the day is calm and night is the dangerous one. Everything has two sides, you just have to look hard enough. I mean look at Maddy."

"I wasn't saying that it wasn't the case, i know it can be quite the opposite and often times in fact night is more deadly...."

"Do you really?" Roan question. "No offense, but all I've seen you do is see one side to someone and ignore the rest. you even do it to your self."

"I work in the day and at night, i have been at peace and fighting for my life in both. I say the night is often more deadly because you don't have your natural senses to aid you, but it that same danger that makes it all the more peaceful"

Roan bit her lip to keep her next comment from coming out. She didn't want to fight with him on a night like this, but she wasn't going to let his over baring personality run her over. "Let's just change the subjct okay. I don;t want to fight; however, don' you go thinking that you can win mister."

He laughed "I wasn't planning on it" he felt sick suddenly, causing him to inexplicably look up "so the harvest moon is here....." his voice sounded almost strained as he looked up at the crescent moon "Fortunately it is not full yet"

Malik made his way through the trees leading to the island, his swords where already drawn as he looked from shadow to shadow for any one hiding.

Roan looked up at the sky. "There is a little think I have to tell you. I have to go to the Fey Ball."

He nodded, the sand on his bare feet proved relaxing enough to take the sickening feeling away.

Malik walked into the mansion, something of a burden weighing on him "I am sorry little Vampire that i have to do this, but he knows to much" he proceeded to search the rooms, coming at last to Abarhi's.

Abarhi saw Malik come in "So, here to end me, your poison has rendered me nearly bed ridden, i've even lost the use of my arms" he said calmly "All that i ask is that you make it clean"

Malik nodded, sheathing his two blades and drawing a double edged sword. He raised it above his head in the killing blow, and then he saw himself sailing away from Abarhi's bedside, the sword embeded in Abarhi's stomach.

Talos leapt from the shadows "You dishonor the very title warrior he growled, drawing his blades.

Malik stood, recovering himself before he even hit the wall, running down the hall and outside.

Talos whached him go, decided to follow him from a distance.

Malik saw Turan and Roan walking, his hatred getting the best of him. He drew both blades, dragging each along the ground making a chilling grating noise as he approached the two.

Turan, hearing the noise turned "Well now, i suppose you have come for my head?" he said calmly. He knew he had no blade.

Malik smiled "I was going to kill your friend but i was persuaded otherwise" he said softly, grating the blades along the coblestone stairs.

Calmly Roan looked up to the sky, were the moon and finally turned a deep blue. "By any chance do you happen to have fey blood?" she asked malik.

"If i did, why would i give it to you?" he lunged at Turan, who inturn stepped to the side and brought his foot up into Malik's stomach sending him sumersaulting over his leg as he recovered and lowered his blades at eye level.

"Oh, I don;t need your blood. I have enough of my own." Porter and her had discovered she had fey blood. "But I don't think you do." With deep concentration she summoned her powers and sent a flush of water at Malik. "Turan if you'd please grab on to me I'd like us to get to the ball now."

Turan nodded, doing as she asked.

Malik planted his feet, coughing up the salty water "Hmm, well i guess it's back to..." his words where cut short as he barely avoided decapitation from Talos "Found you" he growled.
